Delivery fees and time depend on shipment destination. Once you fill in your address details at the checkout, the shipment cost is generated automatically.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to 48 states!

For the moment we ship within the Contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). Please note, that we do not accept orders for PO or APO boxes shipping via USPS.

Same-day shipping

If you place your order before 2 PM CT, we will process and ship your order the next day (except weekends and holidays).

Please note: while orders are normally handed over to the shipping carrier the next business day, if you choose free Economy shipping, the handover time may take up to four (4) business days. For faster dispatch, please select Economy-Plus or a higher shipping option at checkout.

We give your order to the shipping carrier the same day that you place the order. Your package will not arrive the same day that you place your order.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (email to info@getmozabrick.com) immediately!

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you.

Shipping policy

We ship all packages on business days only.

Shipping costs

FREE standard shipping on all USA orders for goods that are delivered within the United States of America. For the moment we ship within the Contiguous United States only (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). Please note, that we do not accept orders for PO or APO boxes shipping via USPS.

We ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the ordered items. Please note that some goods in one order could be shipped separately from different warehouses.

When providing a shipping address, please ensure that the address supplied is full and correct!

Depending on the final destination it takes 1-7 business days for the order to arrive after it has left the company’s warehouse. Please note, we require 1-2 business days to process your order.

Received Wrong Item

If you have received a wrong item please send us an e-mail with all details to info@getmozabrick.com with the subject “I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM”.

Lost Package

If your tracking number says it was delivered, but you never received it please send us an e-mail with all details to info@getmozabrick.com with a subject “LOST PACKAGE CLAIM” and we will put in a claim with the package delivery company. It can take up to 8-10 business days before they are able to locate your item. When we will get an update from the package delivery company as to where your package is before we send either a replacement or refund.

We will accept returns subject to:

• You can return any product within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in new condition, unopened, with tags and the original packaging. The product must be resalable and in the same condition that it was sent to you.
• Used items are not returnable.
• Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the package and product to ensure that it is in a resalable condition. Assuming that we can resell the item, we will refund the product cost only (no shipping will be refunded).
• All shipping charges being paid by the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective (verifiable) merchandise.
• If an item is damaged in transit from you back to us, then this is your responsibility and the item will not be allowed to be returned. You should consider purchasing insurance before you ship an item to us.
• Credit is not given until merchandise returned to stock.

If you need to make a return please send us an e-mail to info@getmozabrick.com. After receiving an RMA from our Customer Care Team, we will email you the address of the warehouse with an RA number. Please don’t send us a package without an RA number and save your tracking number for your return.
