8.1.3. User’s negligent acts or omissions in using the

9. Dispute Resolution.
9.1 The governing law for disputes is the law of the
State of Ohio, providing legal clarity and setting expectations for users.
10. Other Terms.

without prior notice or the User’s consent.
10.2. The new Terms and
