This Warranty & Returns Policy is an official OD GRANITE GROUP LLC (2201 Acacia Park Dr, Lyndhurst,
OH 44124, USA) document, and it acts in relation to the reimbursement procedure
for the goods sold on the online store https://getmozabrick.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘getmozabrick.com
website’ or ‘online store’), located on the getmozabrick.com
domain name (as well as its subdomains).
1.
Definitions.
1.1.
In this Policy, the following terms
have the meanings given below, unless the context requires otherwise:
1.1.3. The ‘Administration of the getmozabrick.com website’
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site Administration of the website’) refers to
the authorised employees of OD GRANITE GROUP LLC, who manage the getmozabrick.com
website.
1.1.4. The ‘Seller’ is OD GRANITE GROUP LLC, a
legal entity registered in the State of Ohio, that sells goods online.
1.1.5. The ‘Buyer’ is an individual who has
entered into an agreement with the Seller under the terms of the public offer, with the intention of using the purchased goods
for personal, family, household and other non-entrepreneurial needs.
1.1.7. ‘Goods’ are physical consumer products
sold through the online store. The Buyer orders goods from the Seller’s online store and pays for them
using the provided payment method.
1.1.8. An ‘Order’ is the Buyer’s application to
purchase of goods, submitted by clicking on the ‘Place order’ or ‘Pay’ button,
and confirmed by the Seller.
2.
General Provisions.
2.1. This Policy is drawn up with
accordance with the legislation of the State of
Ohio, and is in full compliance with consumer protection laws of the United
States, to be interpreted in a way that upholds customer rights granted by US law.
3.
Shipping Policy.
3.1. The Seller ships all packages on business days only.
3.2. FREE standard shipping on orders delivered to the 48 continental
United States.
3.3. The Seller ships by USPS, UPS or FedEx (depending on the ordered
items). Some goods in one Order
could be shipped separately from different warehouses.
3.4. For the moment, Seller ships within the Contiguous United States
only (the Seller does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). The Seller does
not accept orders for PO or APO boxes shipping via USPS.
3.5. When providing a shipping address, please ensure that the address
supplied is full and correct.
3.6. Depending on the final destination it takes 1-7 business days for
the Order to arrive after it has left the Seller’s warehouse. The Seller
requires 1-2 business days to process placed orders.
4.
Claims Policy.
4.1. The Buyer may send any claims related to improper Order execution
to the Seller's support service at info@getmozabrick.com.
4.2. If you have received a wrong item please send us an e-mail with all
details to info@getmozabrick.com with the subject “I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM”
4.3. If your tracking number says it was delivered, but you never
received it please send us an e-mail with all details to info@getmozabrick.com with a subject “LOST PACKAGE CLAIM” and we will put in a claim with the
package delivery company. It can take up to 8-10 business days before they are
able to locate your item. When we will get an update from the package delivery
company as to where your package is before we send either a replacement or
refund.
5.
Returns Policy
5.1. You can return any product within 30 days of purchase.
5.2. Items must be returned in new condition, unopened, with tags and
the original packaging. The product must be resalable and in the same condition
that it was sent to you.
5.3. Used items are not returnable.
Items are considered "used" if:
- The product has been
assembled (bricks placed on baseplates)
- Packaging or instructions are damaged or missing
- Product shows signs of use or wear
Items that are opened but unassembled may be returned with a 25%
restocking fee.
5.4. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the package and product
to ensure that it is in a resalable condition. Assuming that we can resell the
item, we will refund the product cost only (no shipping will be refunded).
5.5. All shipping charges being paid by the customer unless the return
is due to a shipping error or defective (verifiable) merchandise.
5.6. If an item is damaged in transit from you back to us, then this is
your responsibility and the item will not be allowed to be returned. You should
consider purchasing insurance before you ship an item to us.
5.7. Credit is not given until merchandise returned to stock.
5.8. If you need to make a return please send us an e-mail to info@getmozabrick.com. After receiving an RMA from our Customer Care Team, we will email you
the address of the warehouse with an RA number. Please don’t send us a package
without an RA number and save your tracking number for your return.
6. Other Terms.
6.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Warranty
& Returns Policy without prior notice or the
Buyer’s consent.
6.2. The new Warranty & Returns Policy comes into force from the
moment it is published on the getmozabrick.com website, unless the new version
of the Policy provides otherwise.
6.3. All suggestions, questions, and complaints regarding this Policy should
be sent to info@getmozabrick.com.
6.4. The current version of the Warranty & Returns Policy is
published at https://getmozabrick.com.
