7. Responsibilities of
the Parties.

the CCPA, if the User is a
resident of the State of California. This liability should not apply to clauses
5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of the
loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration shall
